I am Mark Motola, a Burundi national in the US and I have just won big in the US lotto.
Due to my ineligibility to play without a valid US permit according to the processing agency, I have been requested to provide; a valid US resident permit, which is a huge problem. Or I pay 10% of the winning sum in lieu of this.
In addition, a US resident's supporting document is required before this payment can be paid out.
I do not know if these condition is right, however, I am willing to pay them the 10% fee, if I can find a US resident to provide the supporting document they need.
